A group of people who will remain nameless (to protect
their identity and jobs) called in sick to work and went riding following
our first real snow of the season.
We
gathered in the morning and were joined by some snow seekers from Bloomington
and Springfield
Eleven
sleds took off from Oregon and headed down the new trail to Dixon.
We rode through Franklin Creek State park and didn't get lost!
We
rode back up the trail and over to Ashton, then on to Chana for lunch.
After
lunch we ventured into new territory, heading east from Kings onto the
new Rochelle trail system.
Looping
back to Oregon put us home about 4 pm.
A
great time was had by all, we rode a bit over 100 miles.
